What types of browsers does the Dataloop platform support?

The most recommended browser is Chrome as our Web interface is not structured for Safari, Edge, Opera, etc.

Does Dataloop support webhook integration?

We do not support webhook integration in our platform. If you have a special customized flow, please reach out to us at sales@dataloop.ai.


How long does my login token last?

Login tokens last for one day and expire after 24 hours, at which point you’ll need to login again.


I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password or need to reset it, click the “Don’t remember your password?” on the login screen and fill in your email details. You will then receive a password recovery email to reset your password. To learn more, visit the Registering and Logging In section.


I'm having login problems. What should I do?

If you received a "Login failed" message, try syncing your clock to the system clock by setting the system clock to the correct time and syncing it to the global time.

I don't see the project I was looking for, what should I do?

If you get the message, You are no longer a member of this project and was removed by the project owner. Please contact the project owner and ask him to invite you to the project. Find more information about it in Adding Team members to the Project.


What should I do if I can’t access a project and get “You are not a member of this project, therefore cannot access it”?

If your role is an admin, you can claim ownership over the project or ask the project owner to invite you to the project. If you are a member/worker you should reach out to your supervisor and ask them to invite you to the project. Find more information about it in Adding Team members to the Project.
