Revision of item.annotations.download() - Mask to JSON

Taking effect with this release, the default value of "annotation_options" parameter in

annotations.download()

function is changed from [dl.ViewAnnotationOptions.MASK] to [dl.ViewAnnotationOptions.JSON].
